How to Order

Simply select an item from anywhere on this site, choose your preferred size and colour - then add to your shopping basket. You can keep an eye on the total number of items in your shopping basket, and how much you have spent, by checking the shopping basket, which is constantly on your screen.

When you have finished adding items to your basket, you will be led to the review order page where you can delete items if you've changed your mind.

You will then enter the checkout area where you supply your billing address and the delivery address.

Delivery Information & Costs

UK Orders

All items will be sent signed for and insured special delivery. Delivery costs £5.00.

Most orders placed before 3.00 pm can be delivered the next day. Orders placed between 3.00 pm Friday and 3.00 pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. No deliveries are made on Bank Holidays or the day following a Bank Holiday. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Tracking of your order is possible by e-mailing your tracking request to us at tracking@sosienna.com

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses or countries outside of Europe, USA and the UAE.

In the event of an order falling above the 2 kilo weight limit we will contact you to discuss possible additional carriage charges.

Full garment refunds are of course available for international orders as with the UK, though unlike UK orders original delivery cost cannot be refunded.

* We reserve the right to cancel orders for areas where our delivery suppliers cannot provide coverage; we will of course contact you and provide a full refund in this event.

DUTIES AND CHARGES: For deliveries outside the UK there may be local customs and charges, these additional charges must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these and cannot predict what they may be.

If you have paid import duty for goods received, and subsequently return the goods, it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local customs authority. Should you have any further queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs authority.

Returns

We want you to love your new items therefore if you wish to cancel your order, or return items please follow the instructions below:

If you wish to cancel your order before the items are despatched you are asked to contact us, by e-mail, cancellations@sosienna.com, quoting your order reference number as soon as is practicably possible.

If for any reason you are unhappy with despatched items ordered and you wish to return them please notify us of cancellation by e-mailing us at cancellations@sosienna.com quoting your order reference number within seven working days of receipt of the goods.

Items must then be returned by you to us at sosienna, The Hollies, Fenwick Lane, Fenwick, Doncaster, DN6 0HA at your own expense. Any such cancelled goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice of cancellation. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging and accompanied by their receipt.

Order Process

1.1 Our display of products on our Website is an invitation to treat and not an offer to sell those goods to you.
1.2 An offer is made when you place the order for your products. Please see ‘help’ on how to place an order. We will not be bound, however, unless and until we accept your offer.
1.3 We will take payment from your card at the time when we receive your order, once we have checked your card details. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
1.4 If you enter a correct e-mail address we will also send you an order acknowledgement e-mail. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us.
1.5 Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it, order acceptance and the creation and Contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you by us of the goods and order Invoice, which takes place as your product is dispatched from our Warehouse. It does not take place until that stage, not withstanding that we may have debited your card (see 1.3 above) or that we have sent acknowledgement e-mails (see 1.4 above).
1.6 The Contract will be formed at the place of dispatch of the goods and order Invoice.

Payment

2.1 Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our Website and will be debited when we receive your order.
2.2 You will be charged the current price of buying goods from our Website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our Website and are in sterling and inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at 17.5%. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT.
2.3 A delivery charge of £5.00 per order is added for the UK, for international costs please see the Delivery Information section above.
2.4 We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. We will not accept an order if there is a pricing error.
2.5 A title to any products you order on this Website shall pass to you on delivery of goods provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products ordered.

 

Delivery

3.1 A delivery charge of £5.00 per order is added for the UK, for international costs please see the Delivery Information section above.
3.2 Your order can be delivered to any UK , European, USA or UAE address. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or other overseas addresses, including British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses.
3.3 Your UK order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, International orders will be despatched by Airsure or Airmail as applicable.
3.4 Most UK orders placed before 3.00 pm can be delivered the next day. Orders placed between 3.00 pm Friday and 3.00 pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. No deliveries are made on Bank Holidays or the day following a Bank Holiday. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. For international delivery times refer to the Delivery Information section above.
3.5 We make every effort to deliver goods in accordance with our estimated time scales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances and we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods in accordance with the estimated time scales.
3.6 A signature may be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting the delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you, or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.
3.7 Tracking of your order within the UK is possible by e-mailing your tracking request to us at tracking@sosienna.com.

 

Cancellation & Returns

4.1 If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item/s you have ordered you have the right to cancel (other than in respect of goods made to your specification or clearly personalised). In the interests of hygiene we are unable to offer a refund on lingerie or swim wear unless the product is faulty.
4.2 If you wish to cancel your order before the items are dispatched you are asked to contact us, by e-mail, cancellations@sosienna.com quoting your order reference number as soon as is practicably possible.
4.3 If your cancellation is received after the items have been dispatched, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered. You must notify us of cancellation by e-mailing us at cancellations@sosienna.com quoting your order reference number.
4.4 Any cancelled goods that have been delivered to you must be returned by you to us at sosienna, The Hollies, Fenwick Lane, Fenwick, Doncaster, DN6 0HA at your own expense. Any such cancelled goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice of cancellation. Returned goods must be un-used, in their original packaging and accompanied by their receipt.
4.5 If your order is cancelled before your goods are dispatched please allow us fourteen days to process your refund once we have received your notice of cancellation. If your order is cancelled after your goods are dispatched please allow us fourteen days to process your refund once we have received your goods. The refund will be credited to the payment card account.

General

5.1 All measurements are approximate.
5.2 The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and reproduction process
will allow.
5.3 All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and
sale of goods from our Website shall be in English and construed and governed
according to English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction in all the
matters.
